Adam has over a decade of experience helping clients make strategic decisions, tell their story, and grow their mission using custom research solutions and analytics.

After starting his career at Nielsen in Los Angeles, Adam joined WINS (an insights consultancy in Manhattan) where he's spent the last 12 years leading the design and management of quantitative and qualitative research locally, nationally, and around the world. Always a fan of objective-driven research that requires the necessary customization to deliver, Adam's specialties include audience segmentation and persona development, brand equity research, brand positioning, message / concept / product development, and thought leadership.

He is a RIVA-trained moderator and has conducted hundreds of focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnographies in-person and virtually among consumers, B2B audiences, medical professionals, corporate executives, military veterans, and more. Adam's work has been honored by the David Ogilvy Awards for advertising research, and he's had the privilege to work alongside incredible clients including Hilton, IKEA, Starbucks, American Express, Invesco, Northwell Health, the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, and the VA. 

Adam is a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business, lives in New Jersey, enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, and rooting for the New York Mets.
