Mary is a strategic leader in experience design and organizational development with over 15 years of expertise. At Johnson & Johnson Design, she served as Director of Insights and Experience Strategy, driving initiatives that enhanced consumer, patient, and employee experiences. There, she also worked closely with the Human Performance Institute to design the services and environment that helps leaders achieve peak performance. She excels in system thinking, group facilitation, participatory design, and team-based dynamics, managing cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. Her strengths include strategic thinking, positivity, adaptability, and organization.
Mary’s previous roles at Siegel+Gale, AIGA for the Election Assistance Commission, and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia further honed her digital strategy and user experience design skills. She holds a Master’s in Organization Development from American University and a Master’s in Communication Planning and Design from Carnegie Mellon University. Mary is also a Co-Active-trained coach with pending ICF certification. An avid traveler and art enthusiast, she enjoys tennis, the outdoors, and reading.
